Can I Coach?

Yes, you can! Find out more on the Rebound Therapy Website

Rebound Therapy

Rebound Therapy refers to the specific method of use of trampolines to facilitate improved movement patterns, therapeutic exercise and recreation for children and adults across a wide range of disabilities.

The methods were pioneered in the UK in 1972 by Eddy Anderson, and the Rebound Therapy Organization he set up, known as ReboundTherapy.org, oversees the development and delivery of accredited training courses.

The foundational principles of Rebound Therapy underpin all trampoline gymnastics movements, making it a logical and beneficial starting point for all trampoline coach training, even for those not focused on teaching individuals with disabilities.

Consequently, the Rebound Therapy training course serves as Step 1 in the 3-step pathway for recreational trampoline coach training.

CPD Points

The Rebound Therapy course is internationally recognised and CPD accredited to global standards. Each candidate is awarded 20 CPD points upon completion of course.
